Today we would like to share a truly inspiring story of some friends and clients of Ross Business Management, The MusiCorps. Based out of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, The MusiCorps was initially founded to give wounded veteran's an outlet for individual expression, as they faced obvious social and emotional struggles after coming home with severe wartime injuries. Since then the group has developed a reputation nationally for their incredible talent and moving displays at concert halls across the country. Most importantly however, these shows and recording sessions have given participants an instrument, literally and figuratively, to help cope with the pain and emotional stress that many soldiers face when returning home to normal life from war. The effectiveness of this program can be seen in anyone of the many stories these band mates have to share, which you can view in the recently aired CBS interview below. However, the future success of this program all depends on the MusiCorps's ability to provide enough instruments and instructors to help teach these veterans. If you would like to help out with their cause, please click on the donation page link below the video, any contribution is greatly appreciated.
